It was a railway station back in the day, and is now converted into a museum.  It is a very cool place to learn some history of North Texas in the most non-boring way possible, and also a great way to learn how electricity works.

It is a great place for people who are into cars and trains, for this museum exhibits really old model indoor trains as well as the most modern cars like Tesla. It takes you back to the days of rail service inside City of Dallas and its neighbouring communities.

Are you a fan of Gothic and horror? This haunted house in Plano is one of the best haunted houses in Texas and will definitely give you the chills.  

This haunted house has tonnes of details in the scenery, with a great theme throughout the walk, the actors are very effective- giving you a life-like experience of the ghosts, and the crowd management here is also pretty decent.

There are lots of huge props and it is a great mix of mechanical props and live actors. This haunted house will really call you back time and again if you are not scared of horror fiction. This one is our personal favourite in the city! This park in Plano is a heaven for people who love dogs! You can take your dogs in this park or go meet other dogs.

The ground is really big for you dogs to freely run around. There is also a small pond in the park for dogs to swim. You can go read a book in the park, while you buddy plays and runs around the green park. This dog heaven is absolutely unmissable if you are a dog lover.

Swim across the Texas Pool

This is one of the few Texas shaped swimming pools in the world. This 50 year old historic pool is listed on the National Registry of Historic places and is a truly a hidden gem.

The pool comes with live music, non-alcoholic beverages, and yummy food. It is a great place to take a day trip and chill by the pool. It is an amazing place to visit with your friends and family.  

You will always find the Lifeguards on duty, thus the pool is very safe to visit. You can also rent it out for parties or events. Birthday parties are a huge success here. Do no miss this one out!

The most Interesting part is that you get to check out where Dallas- the famous show, was themed from. You can stay at the beautiful hotel, and swim in the pool, and even have breakfast in bed with an amazing view.
