There are two trails that you can use to reach its summit; the first one is the Aspen Grove Trail which measures 8.3 miles one way.

The other trail you can use is the Timpooneke Trail, which extends for about 7.5 miles.

Its starting point is at Timpooneke Campground in American Fork Canyon.

It opened in 1978 and was accredited by the American Association of Museums.
