It’s located on land that Lou and Jack Finney gave to the city of Greenville as a donation.
This location was home to the Ja-Lu Pool until its closure in July 1993,
The Ja-Lu pool was demolished and converted into a community park in 2017.
The splash pad is open to the public from May through October each year for free.
