But, you cannot roam around the Mammoth Cave National Park on your own, for a guided tour by one of the certified rangers is a must, or else it is risky.
Did you know that the Mammoth Cave National Park extends across for a vast area of almost 400 acres of land? And, not all of it is mapped, nor it has been discovered fully. But, what most people don’t know is the vivid history behind this community space. It was once upon a time used by even the soldiers of the Civil War.
Even several activists of the Civil War took shelter here. It serves as one of the iconic landmarks of Bowling Green. You can even see the Capitol Arts Center from this point.
