And let's not forget the $5 bouquets and coffee to start my day right!

It's a rapidly expanding neighborhood with one and two-bedroom apartments, ideal for families and young professionals, also conveniently located near Laney College, Lake Merritt, and Downtown Oakland.

Brooklyn Basin is a thriving community, a bustling hub of activity, and, most importantly, its home.

One of the best-kept secrets in town is the Port View Park.

Nestled next to the bustling Port of Oakland, it offers a unique blend of serenity and industrial charm that leaves an indelible impression.

It's my go-to spot to rejuvenate and escape the city's hustle and bustle.

In the daytime, the park buzzes with life. Watching the ships being loaded and unloaded onto trains and trucks is a visual treat.
