The first time I went there, I ordered the Crab crepe, which was decent, but I wished they had used real crab instead of imitation crab.
The Chicken Alfredo crepe was good as well, but I found the cheese to be a bit overpowering.
On a later visit, I decided to try their Beef crepe, and it was really delicious!
But the star of the show was their Pistachio crepe - it was so amazing that I'd go back just for that one dish.
I must admit that the prices are a bit on the higher side, but it's worth checking out and experimenting with different flavors.
One thing that really stood out to me was their dalgona creamy iced coffee and boba.
I used to make dalgona coffee at home, so I thought I knew what to expect.

I hosted a lunch at my place and decided to order catering for 22 people from this restaurant.
I personally tried their chicken shawarma and kofte sandwiches, and both were absolutely delicious.
The fatoush salad with the pomegranate sauce added a delightful touch to the meal.
I couldn't help but notice the great reviews online, and now I can confidently say that Shawarma's House is worth the hype, even if it takes a 20-minute drive to get there.
Vizzy's Pizza Palace
Just the other day, I visited Vizzy's Pizza Palace for a quick dinner with my family.
Though the place is tucked away in a strip mall and doesn't have much seating space, the pizza they serve is truly royal!
I could tell that they use fresh ingredients and make the pizza by hand - the sauce and cheese were top-notch, and the crust had the perfect level of crispiness.
The prices were quite fair for the quality of pizza they serve, so I'm definitely planning on ordering from them again.
I'm curious to see if they carry red onions, as I personally prefer them on my pizza.
I've heard great things about their other menu items, like pasta and Italian subs, so I'm excited to try those as well.
Mangia Pizza & Catering
One of the best things about living in this area is having access to the amazing food from Mangia Pizza & Catering.
This casual Italian eatery, tucked away in a strip mall, has consistently served up some of the most mouth-watering specialty pizzas and other Italian dishes I've ever had.
Their deep-dish pizza is truly in a league of its own - I haven't found anything else in the area that even comes close.
My personal favorite is the Stephanie pizza, which has only gotten better and better each time I've ordered it.
If you're looking for a recommendation, try the large deep dish with old-world pepperoni, Italian sausage, green pepper, and extra sauce, cooked a little well done.
It's simply the best pizza I've ever tasted, with quality ingredients and a perfect crust that's crunchy on the bottom and softer as it gets closer to the cheese.
Not only is the food phenomenal, but the service at Mangia Pizza & Catering has always been top-notch as well.
Egyptian Kitchen Restaurant
I recently discovered a hidden gem in the form of Egyptian Kitchen Restaurant.
This place offers the most authentic Egyptian cuisine I have ever tasted in Michigan.
One thing I love about Egyptian Kitchen is their traditional Egyptian beverages like Tamer, Sobia, and Qamar el Din, which are hard to find elsewhere.
The menu offers a wide variety of main dishes, sides, fateer, and desserts to choose from.
I tried the Hawawashi, and it was incredible - crispy, spicy, and cooked to perfection.
The Molokhia and mixed mahashi were also amazing, with generous portions and cooked just right.
KungFu Bros Dumplings & Noodles
One day, I stumbled upon KungFu Bros Dumplings & Noodles, and I just couldn't resist trying it out.
Boy, was I in for a treat! The clean, relaxed atmosphere made it a great place to enjoy a meal.
I decided to order a variety of dishes, like soup dumplings, beef burritos, hot pepper oil noodles, and BBQ pork buns, and I was blown away by the unique and delicious flavors in every bite.
I especially loved the handmade dumplings, some of the best I've ever tasted!
The self-service station with a variety of sauces and both Eastern and Western utensils added to the charm of the place.
Westland Gabriel's Cheese Steak Hoagies
As a regular visitor to Westland Gabriel's Cheese Steak Hoagies, I have had some hit-and-miss experiences.
Most of the time, their cheese steak hoagies are incredibly delicious.
When I dine in or pick up directly from the restaurant, I can't get enough of their steak and cheese hoagies.
The juicy meat, melted cheese, and fresh bread makes for an amazing combination.

The food at Crab Kitchen is out of this world!
The prices are incredibly reasonable, especially considering the quality and freshness of the seafood.
I ordered the Jalapeño Poppers and the Crab Kitchen Platter, both of which exceeded my expectations.
The poppers were perfectly cooked and seasoned, while the platter was a real treat with its Cajun house mix sauce and extra spicy option that I requested.
What sets Crab Kitchen apart from other seafood places I've been to is their attention to detail and personalized customer service.
The Captain's Table
I've visited The Captain's Table Fish and Chicken multiple times, and I can confidently say that they never disappoint with their delicious seafood and chicken dishes.
I've tried a variety of items from their menu, and everything has always been fresh, hot, and flavorful.
One of my favorite meals from The Captain's Table is their five-piece perch, served with fries and a drink.
It's a fantastic deal at just $16, and the portion size is more than enough for a satisfying meal.
I've also had the pleasure of trying their chicken wings, jumbo shrimp, catfish, and hush puppies, and each dish left me craving more.
DeLuca's Restaurant
As someone who lives in the area, I can't help but rave about DeLuca's Restaurant.
My family and I have been going there for years, and it has become our go-to spot for birthdays and other special occasions.

Capt'n Nemo's of Westland is always a great choice for a satisfying and delicious sub sandwich.

It creates this perfect contrast of textures as you bite into your sandwich.

The variety they offer is amazing, and the prices are very reasonable, especially considering the quality of the food.

Thai O-Sha
I've been living in this place for quite some time now, and I recently started working in Detroit.
Since then, I have been going to Thai O-Sha almost every week for lunch.
It's just a 15-minute drive from my workplace, and the food is consistently excellent and delicious.
Even though they don't offer lunch combinations, they do have lunch portions and pricing, which I appreciate.
The shrimp rolls are simply amazing, and I can't recommend them enough.
I also enjoy their F4 Chicken Thai O-Sha Fried Rice, and my partner loves the chicken pad Thai.
We've shared our meals with friends who have joined us, and they have also been impressed.
One thing to note is that they don't provide plates, glasses, or silverware for inside dining.
Instead, everything is served in styrofoam to-go containers and cups, with soup in plastic containers with lids.

Whenever I feel nostalgic and crave some good old-fashioned pizza, I head over to Slice of the 80s.
I've been a fan of their pizza for years now, and I must say, they never disappoint.

As I walk in, I'm always greeted with all sorts of old movie posters, action figures, records, and even an arcade game, which instantly transports me to my childhood.
The best part is that their delivery times are usually faster than expected, so I can satisfy my pizza cravings in no time.
And speaking of pizza, I absolutely adore their flavored crusts, which can be customized according to my picky taste buds.
My personal favorites are their amazing bread and bone-in wings, which are simply to die for.

The Chicken Shawarma in Shawarma Co is the best I've ever tasted, and the Lamb Chops are incredibly tender and flavorful.
One of my favorite treats is their delicious Falafel, and I can't get enough of their Strawberry Mango juice and Baklava for dessert.
I particularly appreciate the friendly service and the attention to detail that goes into each dish.
It's so nice to enjoy quality, authentic food from the old country.
Although seating is limited, with a few tables inside and two outside, I've never had an issue finding a spot.
I often bring my dog along and sit in the covered outdoor area along the strip mall.
KG's African-American & Caribbean (Garden City)
One of my favorite places to eat in the city is KG's African-American & Caribbean.
I stumbled upon this gem a while ago, and since then, it has become a go-to spot for me and my friends.
The scrumptious Senegalese cuisine, along with the mouth-watering Caribbean dishes, consistently satisfies my taste buds.
The dishes are full of flavor, and the portions are generous.
The juices they serve are made in-house and are simply delightful - it's a must-try when you visit.
One of my favorite dishes at KG's is the oxtail stew - it's flavorful and delicious, especially with a touch of their hot sauce.
I also really enjoy their fufu and cannot wait to try more of their offerings.
AlTayeb Restaurant (Garden City)
Being a resident of this area, I have been a frequent visitor of AlTayeb Restaurant, and to this day, I'm still impressed with the quality of their food and service.
This down-to-earth daytime spot is perfect for breakfast or brunch, as they serve delicious Mediterranean fare, including hummus and falafel plates.
The restaurant is also super clean and has expanded its dining area, making it more comfortable for us customers.

Out of all the Lebanese restaurants I've tried, AlTayeb in Garden City is the only one that truly satisfies my cravings for authentic Lebanese flavors.

Great China Garden (Garden City)
I've visited Great China Garden quite a few times.
The industrial-style space has a low-key vibe, perfect for a casual meal or a get-together with friends.
Their Almond Boneless Chicken is a must-try! The portion size is enormous, and the taste is simply amazing.
It's definitely worth the $12, as you can easily make 4 medium-sized meals out of it.
Rogala's Bar & Grill (Garden City)
I've always noticed how packed Rogala's Bar & Grill gets.
From the moment I walked in, I could feel the warm and welcoming atmosphere.
It's a place where everybody knows everybody, making it a fantastic spot to hang out with friends or meet new people.
Their menu offers a variety of options, including some of the most deliciously doughy deep-dish pizza I've ever tasted.
The crust on both their round and deep dish pizzas is made with fresh cornmeal, giving it a unique and scrumptious flavor.
And let me tell you, the crispy pepperoni is simply to die for!
One thing I appreciate about Rogala's Bar & Grill is the ample parking available, making it a convenient choice for a night out.
