Just the other day, I decided to treat myself to a meal at Patty's Family Restaurant, a local favorite for breakfast and lunch.
I've been going there for years, and it never disappoints.
This time, I opted for their famous Everything But... Breakfast, which includes all the traditional breakfast items you love, is served with a smile.
The atmosphere at Patty's is always simple and clean, making it a perfect spot for a casual meal with friends or family.
And let me tell you, their biscuits are by far the best I've ever had in my life!
They're so fluffy and flavorful; they practically melt in your mouth.
The food was delicious, the service was superb, and the prices were very reasonable.
Mario DiCarlo's Pizza
Oh, Mario DiCarlo's Pizza, how I love thee!
I truly appreciate having this quick-serve establishment nearby.
Their pizza by the slice or tray is perfect for when I'm craving something delicious without having to spend too much time waiting.
Their basic toppings and retro decor give the place a cozy, nostalgic atmosphere.
My favorite is their pepperoni pizza – the crispy crust, the unique sauce flavor, and the generous amount of cheese always hit the spot.

Chico Fiesta

I've eaten here several times over the years, and I'm always pleased with the experience.

I always add a side of beef gravy to make them extra delicious.
Their breakfast offerings are delightful, with very good pancakes, sandwiches, and eggs.
The pancakes are as big as the plate, so I don't recommend getting too many.
But the taste is simply amazing!
One thing to note is that the restaurant can get quite busy, especially during peak hours.
But it's definitely worth the wait.
Theo Yianni's
I can't recommend Theo Yianni's enough.
It's always a pleasure to dine at this Greek restaurant, and their website is my go-to when I'm craving their delicious food.
I remember the first time I tried their Flaming Saganaki - it was the best-fried cheese I've ever tasted!
Over time, I've come to love not only their Greek menu items but also their unique Pittsburgh-style sandwiches.
One thing that always stands out to me is the quality of the food and service.
It's that personal touch that keeps me coming back time and again.
I also can't forget to mention their Greek Fries and Baklava Cheesecake, which are my absolute favorites.
On top of all that, the location is fantastic, and the restaurant itself is warm and inviting.
Even when it's packed, the service is still timely, and I've never felt rushed.
On my most recent visit, I ordered the lamb lollypops, and I must say that they were absolutely fantastic.

As for their beer selection, it's extensive and offers both on-tap and bottled/canned options.
If you're a fan of ranch dressing, their homemade version is to die for.
I often buy it by the quart to enjoy at home.
And don't even get me started on their French onion soup; it's impossible to resist when I see it on the menu.
Dee Jay's BBQ Ribs & Grille
One of my favorite spots in town is Dee Jay's BBQ Ribs & Grille.
This upbeat, tropical setting with a bar is the perfect place to grab some BBQ, burgers, and other American comfort food.
As a regular customer, I can't help but rave about their incredible barbecue ribs - they're honestly the best I've ever had!
The mashed potatoes at Dee Jay's are also a game-changer; they're so creamy and smooth that they just melt in your mouth.
And don't even get me started on the zucchini and wedding soup - both are simply to die for!
DiCarlo's Pizza
Whenever I'm in the mood for some incredible pizza and a casual atmosphere, I head to DiCarlo's Pizza.
It's hands-down one of the best places for pizza in Wheeling and Weirton, and I always end up ordering more than I can eat just so I can take some home and enjoy it again.
Trust me, it tastes just as good when heated back up in your own oven.
Not only is their pizza unique and delicious, but DiCarlo's also offers some of the best Italian food in the area.
The Steak Arribiata is one of my favorites.
And for a little extra fun, they serve salty popcorn and cold beer, which always hits the spot.
Giovanni's
Every time I visit Giovanni's, I'm greeted with a cozy, low-key atmosphere that feels like a home-cooked meal.
The menu offers something for everyone - I've tried their cabbage roll and mashed potatoes and even their fish and chips.
What I love most about Giovanni's is the quiet, pretty space they offer for a sit-down meal.
There are no televisions or blaring music, just great food and good conversation.
I've even ordered from them for a friend's family gathering after a funeral, and they were so helpful and compassionate.
The rigatoni and chicken were a hit with everyone there, even the kids!
Marl Inn
One of my favorite spots to hang out in Weirton is the Marl Inn.
It's the perfect place to unwind after a long day at work or catch up with friends over the weekend.
The live music and great food are what initially drew me to Marl Inn, but the people and atmosphere are what keep me coming back.
The decor is a mix of classic music and Pittsburgh sports memorabilia, creating a warm and nostalgic environment.

But what makes Marl Inn truly special are the friendly faces and exceptional service.

On weekends, Marl Inn often hosts live music, bringing in talented musicians to entertain the patrons.
It's a fantastic way to support local talent while enjoying a night out with friends.
PeppeBroni's Pizza
I had the chance to visit PeppeBroni's Pizza last week, and I must say, it was worth the trip!
I decided to order a pepperoni pizza, a meat lovers calzone, and a half-dozen Buffalo wings.
I was a bit surprised at the bill initially, but after seeing the portion sizes and tasting the food, I realized it was well worth it.
Their pizza was truly delicious, and I appreciated the generous amount of toppings and the unique flavor combinations.
I even tried their apple pizza – it's certainly a one-of-a-kind treat!
One of the highlights of my visit was their calzone, which was made with ricotta cheese – a rare find these days.
The portion size was huge, and I was blown away by the taste.
The sauce was great, and the fillings were even better.
To top it off, I also ordered an Italian wedgie, which was just as good as the calzone.
I can't wait to go back to PeppeBroni's Pizza and try more of their delicious offerings.
Barb's Stateline Restaurant
Every Sunday, my partner and I have made it a tradition to visit Barb's Stateline Restaurant for some delicious home-style food.
The comfortable and friendly environment always keeps us coming back.
I'm a big fan of their burgers and fries.

Crazy Mexican Restaurant & Grill
Just the other night, my friends and I decided to visit the Crazy Mexican Restaurant & Grill for dinner.
We'd heard so many positive reviews, and I have to say, it didn't disappoint!

As soon as we walked in, we noticed the spacious interior and medium-sized bar, making it a comfortable and welcoming spot to dine.

I ended up ordering their recommended Philly Cheese Steak Burrito, which turned out to be absolutely scrumptious.
I even used my tortilla chips to scoop up every last bit of sauce on my plate!
We appreciated the ample space for highchairs, making it a great place for families with young children as well.

What really makes Pittera stand out is their affordability and hassle-free drive-through pickup option, perfect for those days when I'm in a rush but still craving a tasty meal.
I cannot recommend their Sicilian pizza enough – it's always a hit with my friends and family!
Alongside their amazing pizza, Pittera also offers excellent customer service.
I truly appreciate the warm and friendly atmosphere that this family-owned restaurant brings to our community.
Another must-try at Pittera is their White Pizza.
Trust me, it's absolutely amazing and certainly worth a visit.
Sesame Grill (Steubenville)
Last week, I decided to give Sesame Grill a try, as I had heard great things about it from my friends.
I must say, it lives up to its reputation!
The ambiance was perfect, not too bright and not too dark, making it an ideal spot for a date or just a casual night out with friends.
I was also impressed by their extensive menu, which included a wide range of Chinese and Japanese dishes.
I ended up trying their soup and salad, which were both excellent, followed by a delicious main course.
The Ville Restaurant & Bar (Steubenville)
The Ville Restaurant & Bar has become my go-to spot for a great meal or a relaxing drink with friends.
I've tried many dishes from their menu, and I must say, the food really never disappoints.
From their crispy onion rings and mouthwatering taco fries to their delicious nachos, there's always something for everyone.
Even my toddler loves their fried ravioli and Mac & Cheese bites!
When I'm craving something spicy, I can't get enough of their cajun pasta - just make sure to order it medium!
My partner, on the other hand, swears by their beer-battered haddock and their tangy tartar sauce.
But what really sets this place apart is the fantastic service.
And don't even get me started on their Italian Lemon Cake - it's hands down my favorite dessert in the entire valley.
Rubi's Pizza & Grill (Steubenville)
Whenever I am in Steubenville, I make sure to grab a bite at Rubi's Pizza & Grill.
Their White Pizza and Hawaiian Pizza are absolutely delicious, and my kids are obsessed with the perfect crust they make.
The conveniently located restaurant, right across from Best Western Plus Franciscan Square Inn & Suites, has become somewhat of a tradition for me and my family.
Their strombolis are also a must-try!
