Turquoise Cafe and Bakery

I recently decided to treat myself to a nice breakfast and stumbled upon Turquoise Cafe and Bakery, formerly known as Herbert's Bakery & Bistro.

A true hidden gem in Port Orange, this unassuming Hungarian bakery offers a delightful menu bursting with flavor, texture, and color.

Run by a warm European family from Hungary, the atmosphere here is cozy and welcoming – a perfect spot to relax and enjoy some authentic Hungarian food.

As I walked in, I was immediately drawn to the impressive variety of freshly baked bread, pastries, and desserts.

After much contemplation, I settled on the Letcho omelet, and it was absolutely scrumptious!

One of my favorite places to go for a delicious coffee and a bite to eat is Copperline Coffee + Cafe.

As someone who loves rich and flavorful coffee, their signature iced coffee cubes have never disappointed me.

Not to mention the seasonal drinks that are always a delightful surprise.

Copperline recently expanded the food menu, which has only made my visits even better.

I often find myself ordering one of their scrumptious chicken biscuits, but they have a great selection of salads, sandwiches, and desserts suitable for breakfast, brunch, or lunch.

Whether I need a relaxed dine-in experience for a meet-up with friends or a quiet place to get some work done, Copperline Coffee + Cafe has always been my top choice.

Just the other day, I decided to grab a meal at one of my favorite local spots, Señor Taco Too.

I ordered my favorite dish, the chicken tostada with a side of rice and black beans, and I couldn't resist their delicious chips and guacamole.

I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly my food was served, and it tasted as amazing as ever.

I noticed that they had plenty of outdoor seating available, which is great for enjoying the beautiful Florida weather.

On this particular visit, I found out about their "Taco Tuesday" special, and now I'm even more excited to come back and try it out.

Yummy Rice Thai and Asian

I must say, one of my favorite places to eat in town is Yummy Rice Thai and Asian.

Whenever I'm in the mood for some scrumptious Thai or Asian cuisine, this is my go-to spot.

I've tried so many dishes here and yet to be disappointed by any of them.

Their Beef Bulgogi is simply mouthwatering, and the aroma when it arrives at the table is unmatched.

I also appreciate the little details they put into their service, like the foil in their to-go boxes – such a great idea!

One dish that I can't recommend enough is their Thai fried rice.

Paired with their Tom Yum soup, which has just the right balance of sour, sweet, and spicy, it makes for an unforgettable meal.

Their green curry and fried fish are also fantastic options.

My brother, a huge fan of Drunken Noodles with shrimp, swears that this place has the best version he's ever tasted.

And let's not forget their iced tea and Thai tea – they're not overly sweet and are simply perfect.

Tim's Corner Restaurant

I recently stumbled upon this fantastic little diner called Tim's Corner Restaurant, and I must say, it has quickly become one of my favorite spots to grab a comforting meal.

The atmosphere feels so friendly and welcoming the moment you walk in.

I'm not a Buffalo Bills fan, but I can appreciate the dedication they have to their team, and it adds a unique touch to the place.

I absolutely love their homestyle American dishes, especially the beef on weck and the biscuits and gravy.

The portions are generous, the prices are reasonable, and the place is always clean.

One thing that really stood out to me was the exceptional service I received during my visits.

One time, I tried their Texas omelet accompanied by jalapeno cheese grits, which were on special that day.

The omelet was delicious, but the jalapeno cheese grits were truly something else!

I would definitely order that again.

Italy at Pizza Pazza

I couldn't be happier that we finally have our very own pizza place.

Pizza Pazza American Italian Pizzeria has easily become my go-to spot for an authentic Italian pizza experience.

You can check their website here.

I can confidently say that everything at Pizza Pazza is fresh and made in-house.

The perfect sauce, the right amount of cheese, and the freshest mushrooms - not the kind from a jar.

I remember having a meatball sub there, and even though I ordered only half, it was so much that I couldn't finish it!

Their corn nuggets are also incredibly fresh and tasty.

One of the things I absolutely love about Pizza Pazza is their Greek salad - simply amazing.

I'm also looking forward to trying their homemade gnocchi on my next visit.

And if you have a sweet tooth, you'll be happy to know that they make their own desserts as well.

Located in a typical Florida strip mall, there's always plenty of free and easy parking available.

We've dined in and picked up food from here multiple times, trying out different items from their menu.

Their salads, pastas, and pizzas never disappoint.

The Bianca pizza, with its perfect crust and a hint of garlic, is my personal favorite.

My mom loves lobster ravioli, which comes with a few extra shrimp on the plate, leaving her smiling every time.

I recently visited Filo Greek for lunch, and let me tell you, it exceeded all my expectations.

The restaurant is spacious, clean, and has a fantastic atmosphere.

The food was absolutely delicious, fresh, and packed with flavor.

What I really loved about Filo Greek was that it works like a Chipotle-style ordering system but with way better Greek food and overall service.

I opted for a gyro rice bowl, and the rice itself had so much flavor I could hardly believe it.

The gyro meat was seasoned beautifully and roasted to perfection on a vertical rotating spit before being grilled a bit for that extra char.

It was incredibly juicy and mouthwatering.

As a resident of Daytona Beach, this hidden gem has been the go-to spot for me and my friends to enjoy a delicious, homecooked breakfast or lunch with the most fantastic views of the river.

One of the things I love the most about Pat's is the welcoming atmosphere.

As soon as you walk in, you immediately feel at home, surrounded by friendly faces and charming decor that pays homage to the cafe's history.

The food at Pat's never disappoints. They serve up a mean bacon, eggs, and home fries, which always hit the spot.

But I have to say, my absolute favorite is the crab cake benedict - it's simply mouthwatering.

Plus, you can't beat the view of the harbor with all the flying fish and herons just outside the window.

The onion soup that started the meal was fantastic, and the salad, which had a ginger dressing, was enjoyable.

I decided to order the goat cheese appetizer, and I was not disappointed.

The presentation was unique, with hanging beef skewers that were later removed.

The vegetables that accompanied the dish were fresh and perfectly cooked.

Now, as someone who always seeks out well-prepared calamari, I must say that Bela Lisboa nailed it!

It was easily one of the best I've had in a long time.

For my main course, I ordered the shrimp Mozambique while my partner went for the traditional paella.

Both dishes were generously portioned and oh-so-delicious! My shrimp was cooked to perfection, and my partner, who hasn't had paella since moving from Spain, thoroughly enjoyed his meal.
