The sharing of a Snickerdoodle Pancake has become somewhat of a tradition amongst my friends and I.

Baja Cafe also offers the option to build your own breakfast which is coupled with a range of refreshing alcoholic beverages for you to choose from.
But the star of the show has to be the Jalapeno Bacon.

And for those who prefer a vegetarian option, the Veggy Stack is a sure winner.
The combination of the Soy Chorizo and the well-plated, hot Veggy Stack is an absolute delight.
The service at Baja Cafe is just as heartwarming as their breakfast.
And let's not forget, if you're an early riser and want to save a few bucks, there's a breakfast special from Wednesday to Friday between 6 am-8 am.
