The service was exceptional from the moment I walked in.

I decided to go with their signature grilled beef, and I wasn't disappointed.

The steak was cooked to perfection, with just the right amount of seasoning to bring out the natural flavors of the meat.

The side dishes were also fantastic - I particularly enjoyed the garlic mashed potatoes and the seasonal vegetables that were cooked just right.

On my most recent visit, I decided to try one of their signature pizzas – the "Capital Supreme."

It was loaded with delicious toppings like pepperoni, sausage, onions, olives, and mushrooms.

The crust was perfectly crispy, and the flavors all melded together in perfect harmony.

In addition, I ordered one of their tasty sandwiches, the "Italian Stallion," which was packed with salami, pepperoni, and provolone cheese.

It was heavenly, and I couldn't get enough of it.

The full bar at Capital Pizza is impressive, to say the least.

They have a great selection of craft beers on tap, as well as a variety of bottled options.

Lubbock truly has a diverse and delicious food scene that I'm proud to indulge in as a resident.

From traditional Texas barbecue and authentic Korean cuisine to flavorful Mediterranean and Thai dishes, there's always something new and exciting to try.
