This diner has been around since 1997, and it's a classic fixture in our town with its retro decor and nostalgic American plates.

Although there wasn't quite enough gravy to cover everything, the biscuit was massive and tasted delicious.
One thing to keep in mind when visiting One Man Band is that there might be a bit of a wait for your food.
But honestly, it only adds to the relaxed and laid-back atmosphere of the place.
Zao Modern Asian Cafe
One of my favorite places to grab a quick and healthy meal is Zao Modern Asian Cafe.
As a vegetarian, I'm always on the lookout for restaurants with delicious plant-based options, and Zao definitely delivers.
I often order a bowl with yakisoba noodles, a mix of their flavorful veggies and tofu, topped with cilantro and teriyaki sauce.
They also have an excellent selection of drinks, like their canned Thai tea.

Apart from the Butter Chicken, I've also tried their Chicken Tandoori, which was packed with incredible flavors.
My partner, who has no tolerance for spicy food, adored their low-spice options and couldn't get enough of the mild and pleasant Buttered Chicken.
The Tikka Masala at Little India is also some of the best I've ever tasted.
Their service and atmosphere are truly top-notch, which is something I don't usually pay much attention to.
Haku Ramen House (American Fork)
Located in a shopping center, Haku Ramen House is easy to find and always a must-visit spot for me and my family.

The mango rice, however, was the star of the night!
Both the presentation and taste were top-notch.
