One of my favorite places to dine in town is Sura Korean Restaurant.
It's a hidden gem that I recently discovered, and I can't get enough of their delicious food and excellent customer service.
Just the other night, I stopped by about 45 minutes before closing, and I was welcomed warmly.
I ordered hot Korean tea and the spicy pork belly dinner, which was absolutely divine.
The tea was hot and properly brewed, while the pork belly was thinly sliced, spiced just right, and tasted incredible.
I also enjoyed all six of the assorted side dishes and rice that came with my meal.
My family has also enjoyed the food at Sura Korean Restaurant.
We've tried the bibimbap, a bulgogi box, and a teriyaki chicken box, all of which we loved.
The kimchi and bulgogi were a little mild in flavor, but everything else was delectable especially the tempura shrimp and veggies.
Each time we go, we're eager to try new dishes and continue to be impressed by the service and atmosphere.

The atmosphere is like a little slice of San Juan, and it really feels like home whenever I visit.
The food is exceptional, and I find myself coming back for more time and again.
I have dined at Tropical Maná a few times and have also done takeout when my schedule gets busy.
One thing that stands out to me is the quality of their dishes, which are always hot and full of flavor.
The service at Tropical Maná is also on point.

I ordered the #8, which had deliciously crispy pork with decent flavor.
Firo Fire Kissed Pizza Lawton
I recently had the pleasure of trying out Firo Fire Kissed Pizza, and it quickly became one of my favorite spots in town.
The whole experience was amazing - from the friendly service to the incredible taste of the food itself.
My partner and I both chose to build our own pizzas, picking from a variety of sauces, cheeses, and toppings, including a wide range of veggies.
The result was absolutely mouthwatering, and we savored every single bite.
In addition to their delicious pizzas, Firo Fire Kissed Pizza also offers customizable salads and housemade gelato, which I'm looking forward to trying on my next visit.
Cali Burrito
One of my favorite places to grab a bite in town is Cali Burrito.
The food is always delicious, and I love that it's a build-your-own burrito joint.
To avoid any miscommunication, I prefer going inside to place my order rather than using the intercom.
I've never had a bad burrito here, and I always leave feeling completely stuffed.
Sometimes, I opt for the child-size burrito if I have other things to do, but if I think I can control myself, I would still get the adult size and save some for later.

I remember the first time I visited this restaurant, I was immediately impressed by their friendly service and quiet, clean ambiance.
It truly felt like a welcoming environment where I could relax and enjoy a nice meal.
I'll never forget the time I came in for their buffet.
I tried almost everything on the buffet, and every dish was incredibly tasty and flavorful.
I particularly enjoyed their fresh salad, as well as the variety of spices in their dishes that made everything even more delicious.
One thing that I've learned while dining at Chef India is to keep an open mind and appreciate the different cultural cooking techniques and flavors that are presented in their dishes.
It's what sets them apart from other restaurants in town.
Now, I must admit that the lamb and goat meat at Chef India can be a bit tough to chew, but the overall taste of their dishes more than makes up for it.
One of my all-time favorites is their cheese naan, especially when dipped in lamb and goat curry.
The restaurant itself is always clean and well-maintained, making it a pleasure to dine in.
Their butter chicken and garlic naan are also worth trying.
Ann's Country Kitchen
I have to admit that Ann's Country Kitchen is a hidden gem in our town.
I remember when my Aunt and Uncle first took me there for dinner.
The small restaurant is located along OK-58, and I instantly fell in love with its cozy atmosphere and delicious food.
During that first visit, our party ordered a variety of dishes: Buffalo Burger with potato wedges, hamburger steak with mashed potatoes and gravy and fried okra, catfish sandwich with fries and fried okra, chicken fried steak with mashed potatoes and gravy, beans, and salad, and the calf fries with okra, beans, tater tots and salad.
I personally had the Buffalo burger and absolutely enjoyed every bite of it.
It was cooked perfectly, the toppings were fresh, and the roll was soft and fresh as well.
The potato wedges were exceptional - crispy on the outside and soft on the inside.
Wayne's Drive Inn II
I must admit that I'm a huge fan of Wayne's Drive Inn II.
In fact, I'm so passionate about the place that, even though I wish they were open 24 hours, I can't help but keep going there week after week.
Their website doesn't do justice to the experience you'll have when you visit them in person.
I find myself looking forward to every visit not only because of their delicious food but also because of the friendly service I receive.
When it comes to the food, I've never experienced any issues with the quality or taste.
It's always fresh, and their burgers are simply amazing.
Their shakes and malts are also a must-try, taking me on a nostalgic trip back in time to the old-fashioned drive-ins that I used to love so much.
It's a breath of fresh air compared to some other fast-food places I've visited.
Cabo Taco Cocina Mexicana
Being a fan of authentic Mexican cuisine, I can vouch for the exceptional quality of food at Cabo Taco Cocina Mexicana.
Their Spanish rice, in particular, is a must-try as its homemade taste and great flavor sets it apart from the usual.
Not only is the food delicious and fresh, but the service is also fast and friendly, making every visit an enjoyable experience.

Burgess Grill
One of my go-to places for a casual, delicious meal is definitely Burgess Grill.
Located right here in town on Google Maps, this down-home eatery never fails to impress me.
They serve up comfort food at its finest - think juicy burgers, crispy onion rings, and mouth-watering chicken fried steak.
Being a regular there, I can attest to the fact that their prices are great, and the food is even better.
My personal favorites are the mushroom or Burgess burger, both with a side of bacon.
And if you're a fan of onion rings, theirs are not to be missed!
They always make me feel welcome and provide top-notch service.
Red Boot Grill
Every Saturday, my friends and I make it a point to visit the Red Boot Grill.
This small, family-owned establishment offers a great selection of food options that never fail to impress me.
My personal favorites are their fry bread, macaroni and cheese, and French fries.
Although service can be slow at times, especially when there's a rush of dine-in and carry-out customers, I appreciate the hard work that goes into managing the restaurant.
I first heard about the Red Boot Grill after an employee from a local museum's gift shop recommended it.

I recently decided to try Tu Familia Mexican Restaurant here in Lawton, and I must say, it was a delightful experience!
As soon as I walked in, I noticed how clean and inviting the restaurant was.
While waiting for my food, I was served chips and dips – the green one quickly became my favorite.
I ordered the Carne Asada, and it was one of the best steaks I've had in town.
Although the prices were a bit on the higher side, the portions were generous, making it worth every penny.

McKenzie's Burger Garage

As someone who lives nearby, I cannot stress enough how much I love Pho Paradize Restaurant!
This place has become my number-one stop whenever I crave a warm bowl of pho, some delicious spring rolls, or even a refreshing Thai tea.
Ever since I first visited their Facebook page and saw their mouthwatering menu, I knew I had to give them a try.
I've been here multiple times, and not once have I been disappointed.
Their pho simply hits the spot, especially on a gloomy day when all you need is some comfort food.
The Thai tea is also a must-try – it's truly one of the most delicious I've ever had.
On my non-keto days, I love indulging in their passionfruit slush with tapioca boba and assorted jellies and poppers.
Nami Korean-Japanese Restaurant
Oh, how I love Nami Korean-Japanese Restaurant!
I must say, this is definitely my favorite spot for Korean food in town.
I've tried other places, but nothing compares to the flavors and quality I get at Nami.
I enjoy coming here on a weekly basis to satisfy my cravings for delicious Korean cuisine.
Just last week, I ordered the tuna avocado sushi rolls, and they were incredible.
My partner got the Bulgogi with cucumber, kimchi, and other veggies - it was fantastic!
They make sure that everything comes out just as we wanted.
Not to mention their good pricing, which fits well within our budget.
Another great thing about Nami is that they also serve sushi and sashimi, so there's always a variety of options to choose from.
Mrs. GG's Southern Cookin'
I recently had the pleasure of dining at Mrs. GG's Southern Cookin' with some friends, and I must say, it was a delightful experience.
The limited beverage choices didn't bother us as we were more excited about the classic home cooking we were about to indulge in.
For our meal, we decided to try a variety of dishes.
The cabbage was wonderfully sweet, the mashed potatoes and gravy were perfect, and the meatloaf and baked chicken were simply amazing.
We noticed that it's also a popular spot for to-go orders, so it's perfect if you're in a hurry or want to enjoy a delicious Southern meal in the comfort of your home.
Sam's Soul Food & Barbeque
One of my favorite spots to grab some delicious BBQ in town is definitely Sam's Soul Food & Barbeque.
I've been going there for years, and I'm never disappointed.
Just the other day, I visited Sam's after a long time and had the pleasure of being served by Jennie, who was extremely nice and helpful.
To my surprise, she gave us beautiful pink roses for Mother's Day!
My family and I enjoyed a variety of dishes, including catfish dinners, nuggets and fries, chicken wings, and some amazing sides like fried okra and rib tips.
Although they ran out of some sides due to the busy Mother's Day crowd, the food we got was hot and delectable.
During my last visit, I tried the ribs with okra and fried mushrooms.
The ribs were so flavorful that I could only finish one and a half, but the okra was perfectly fried – crispy but not dry or burnt.
The Polish sausage side order was also a great choice.
The Silver Spoon
I recently dined at The Silver Spoon, and I must say, it was a fantastic experience.
From the moment I walked in, I was impressed with the art- and antiques-filled space, not to mention the cozy upstairs lounge.
The menu boasted a variety of gourmet American eats, and the baked goods looked absolutely divine.
The steak was cooked exactly as I ordered - a perfect medium-rare - and the chicken was juicy and flavorful.
My friend had the tuna, which was well done but still enjoyable.
One of the highlights of the evening was the live music, which was a pleasant mix of traditional pop and American jazz.
It truly set the perfect mood for the night.
Wright's Family Diner
One of my favorite spots to grab a bite in town is Wright's Family Diner.
It's a cozy, unpretentious place with an old-school vibe that I just love.
I remember my first time visiting, I ordered a BLT, which turned out to be quite underwhelming.
But instead of giving up on the place, I decided to give it another shot and was pleasantly surprised by a huge, perfectly prepared, gravy-covered chicken fried steak.
Since then, I've become a regular at Wright's, and I can confidently say that their food and service are truly first-class.
My most recent visit introduced me to their fabulous chicken livers, which I can't recommend highly enough.
In fact, I'd go as far as to say that Wright's serves the best breakfast I've had since my grandma's home-cooked meals.
And if you're passing through around breakfast time, don't miss out on their egg sandwich - it's to die for!
Gangnam Style Korean BBQ
One of my absolute favorite spots in town for delicious Korean BBQ is Gangnam Style Korean BBQ.
This unassuming eatery has some of the best traditional Korean dishes, and their meats are cooked to perfection.
I'm a huge fan of their pork bulgogi and mackerel dishes, and I can't get enough of their banchan (side dishes) that come with the dinner entrees.
Located conveniently in Lawton, close to Fort Sill, Gangnam Style Korean BBQ is the perfect place for a hearty meal after a long day.
I've brought friends from out of town to eat here, and they've always left with full bellies and rave reviews.
It's a taste of home for me and a true local gem that I'll keep coming back to.
