It is excellent and by far one of the two best spots for sushi in Laramie.
Trust me, that's not a statement I make lightly.
A friend who graduated from WY law school agrees with me on this.
On days when I'm not in the mood for sushi, I opt for Vietnamese Pho.
Mizu Sushi may not specialize in Pho, but they do a decent job.
As someone with a Vietnamese background, I could tell their Pho is catered more for the American palette, but it's passable and quite enjoyable.
One dish that's worth mentioning is their teriyaki beef.
Served with a side of miso soup and a small salad, their beef is cooked to perfection and their teriyaki sauce, though a tad thin, has just the right amount of flavor.
The tempura fried vegetables are a delight, crispy on the outside and tender on the inside.
The tempura shrimp is something I would recommend, hands down the most tender piece of shrimp I've ever had.
