The ingredients were fresh, and the flavors were well-balanced. The place itself is small and cozy, and I found it to be very clean.
One of the things I enjoyed the most was the friendly and welcoming service I received.

Pho Lily & Mongolian BBQ
One of my favorite places to eat is Pho Lily & Mongolian BBQ.
The food is consistently mouth-watering, and I must say, their pad Thai shrimp and Boba drinks are absolutely delicious.
I've been to Asia and lived there for over 7 years, so I can confidently say that their Vietnamese dishes have an authentic "hell ya" in flavor.
My personal recommendations are the Lemongrass Beef Bowl, Pad Thai, or Pho.
You'll never go wrong with any of these choices.
Plus, it's one of the few places around here where I can get a Qingdao beer!

R Banquet
So, let me tell you about my experience at R Banquet because it was truly one of the best nights I've had in a long time.
I attended a Varsity Football Banquet there, and from the moment I walked in, I knew we were in for something special.
And, let me just say, the food was out of this world!
They offered a great selection, including red and white pasta, chicken, salad, egg rolls, and some of the freshest homemade bread I've tasted.
Honestly, I can't wait for next season's banquet to return to R Banquet.
Not only was the food excellent, but the venue itself was just incredible.
It's so luxurious and elegant, and even the bathrooms were stunning!
I've heard they also serve the best Indian food in La Habra, so I'll definitely be stopping by for a takeout soon.
The Bagelry La Habra
The Bagelry La Habra has been my go-to place for a quick breakfast or an afternoon snack.
My partner and I have since become regular customers, trying out different bagel combinations and smoothies.
My personal favorite has been the bacon, egg, and cheese bagel with a jalapeño cheddar bagel. It's spicy and very filling!
My partner usually goes for the works bagel with cream cheese.
We both enjoy their smoothies as well.
One thing I particularly appreciate is their strong iced Vietnamese coffee, which is just the perfect drink to start my day.
Their open-face veggie bagel with lemon pepper on a jalapeño bagel is amazing, too, especially when I'm in the mood for something light and healthy.
What I've observed is that they have a good variety of bagels, and they tend to sell out quickly, especially on Sundays around 11:30 am.

I simply can't get enough of Feu Noodle Bar!
Ever since I stumbled upon their website, I've been hooked.
As a huge fan of Asian cuisine, this place has become my go-to spot for all my noodle cravings.
Their menu may not be extensive, but trust me when I say that every dish they serve is nothing short of amazing.
One of my favorite dishes from Feu Noodle Bar is their Spicy Buldak Noodles with Cheese Chicken Katsu.
It packs just the right amount of heat, and the flavors are mind-blowing. I also adore their fried egg rolls, which make for the perfect appetizer. Whenever I'm craving something a bit more comforting, I opt for their beef bone pho – the tender meat and rich broth are a match made in heaven.
They're always friendly and accommodating, which makes my dining experience even more enjoyable.
Higo Chicken
Let me tell you about a fantastic dining experience I had recently at Higo Chicken.
I've been hearing great things about this place from my friends, so I decided to give it a try.
As soon as I walked in, I could feel the warm and welcoming atmosphere, even though it was a rainy day.
The lunch special, firewood chicken and spinach pasta was simply amazing!
The skin was incredibly crispy, the seasoning was perfect, and the meat was so tender.
I also tried their unique potato dish with traditional sauce, which was a fantastic appetizer.
Higo Chicken is quite popular around here, so expect a bit of a crowd during lunchtime.
But don't worry – the service is fast, and they are super kind.
After trying various Peruvian restaurants in the area, I can honestly say that Higo Chicken is among the best.
Their Lomo Saltado and Causa dishes are simply delicious.
One of my favorite dishes, Tallarin verde con pollo a la brasa, features delicious green noodles accompanied by juicy chicken.
Another standout dish is the Tallarin Saltado with beef – just make sure to add the green sauce they provide, as it takes the flavor to a whole new level.

Chinatown Express
Recently, I decided to check out Chinatown Express, and let me tell you, it was an amazing experience!
During the visit, she would ask if we wanted more meat or vegetables and whether we preferred crispy or soft chicken.
I ended up ordering the orange chicken (crispy), and my partner got the mushroom chicken and mushroom shrimp.
The chow mein was delicious and not salty at all. In fact, none of the food was salty.
We tried another dish and opted for beef broccoli, which quickly became my favorite.

Another favorite of mine is the green chile cheeseburger, which has a perfectly cooked patty and comes with delicious fries.
The portions at The Green Chile are generous, and the ingredients always seem fresh.
Ultramen Japanese Restaurant
I have always been curious about the Ultramen Japanese Restaurant Sushi & Ramen.
After hearing so many positive reviews from friends and colleagues, I finally decided to give it a try.
Trust me; it was worth the wait!
The moment I stepped inside the restaurant, I was greeted with a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
I decided to start my meal with some appetizers - the deep-fried beef and vegetable dumplings (Gyozas), Takoyaki, and vegetable egg rolls.
Each dish was delicious, but my favorite was the Takoyaki, with its soft, gooey center and amazing flavor.
For my main course, I went with the Gengiskhan Roll, which features Mongolian-style beef, onion, asparagus, kale, krab, avocado, cucumber, and a generous drizzle of eel sauce.
The combination of flavors and textures in this roll was heavenly, and the beef was cooked to perfection.
My partner opted for the avocado roll and the spicy salmon roll, both of which were delicious and beautifully presented.
But what really stood out for me was their ramen.
I ordered the vegetable ramen, and I absolutely loved how they pan-fried the veggies before adding them to the broth.
This gave the dish a unique, wok-tossed taste that I couldn't get enough of.
The broth itself was light and flavorful, perfectly complementing the egg noodles.
Higo Sushi Peruvian Fusion

I particularly enjoyed the crispy rice sushi appetizers and the spicy garlic edamame.
The ceviche was a pleasant surprise, offering a distinct twist that I happily recommend trying.
With a casual dress code and a kids' menu available, it's a welcoming spot for all ages to enjoy a delicious fusion of Japanese and Peruvian cuisine.
Orange Hawaiian BBQ
I recently dined at Orange Hawaiian BBQ, and I must say the food was pretty tasty.
I ordered the Shaka and BBQ Mix, so I could sample their various types of meat.
The chicken, katsu, and short ribs were really good, but I found the beef BBQ to be a bit saltier than I'd liked.
Their spam musubi was okay, but there was just too much rice, in my opinion.
Now, this restaurant isn't a bargain establishment, and they don't claim to be either.
Perhaps my personal taste leads me to feel it's a bit too expensive.
For example, I wanted to order chicken katsu curry, but it wasn't provided as a dish and had to be ordered in two parts with the curry sauce at an extra charge.
However, their pricing is not out of line with other local spots.
They were very nice and pleasant to deal with.
The half-and-half chicken and beef was delicious!
The food was of great quality and only took about 15 minutes to prepare.
Agrusa's Italian Restaurant
There's something about Agrusa's Italian Restaurant that keeps me coming back for more.
Maybe it's the delicious food, the friendly service, or the warm atmosphere that makes me feel right at home.
Whenever I have friends coming into town, I make sure to take them to Agrusa's for an unforgettable dining experience in north Orange County.
I recently went to Agrusa's for a dinner date, and as usual, I was not disappointed.

I recently visited Smoke and Fire Social Eatery with my family and had a wonderful dining experience.
We enjoyed sitting outdoors near the fountain.
We ordered at the cash register, received a number, and our food was brought out when it was ready.
I went for the 1/2 pound of brisket and fries, and it was absolutely delicious.
The crust on the brisket was divine!
My friend mentioned that their spicy chicken is amazing, but I haven't gotten the chance to try it yet.
One time, I tried their Brisket Burrito, which was incredibly generous in size - definitely enough to share between two people.
The Mac n Cheese inside made it extra cheesy, and it was a heavy, satisfying meal.

The last time I visited Arthur's, I ordered their corned beef hash, which was just as delicious as ever.

I decided to treat myself to the Omakase experience, and I was certainly not disappointed.

I've been to Akafuji several times, and while I have noticed that the fish quality seems to be better on weekdays, the quality remains exceptional even later into the weekend.

Spin Sushi & Teriyaki
I've been going to Spin Sushi & Teriyaki for years now, and they never fail to impress me with their great-tasting food and excellent service.
One of my favorite things about this place is the bento box – it's not only delicious, but the price is quite reasonable as well.
