I must confess, I found my go-to spot in Jackson last summer - D.O.G. (also known as Down On Glen).

A quirky little eatery with a bohemian vibe and a comfortable terrace that offers some of the best lunch and breakfast options around town.

From day one, I was hooked on their breakfast burrito.

Fresh, hot, juicy, and oh-so-delicious!

It's made to order by the lovely Alan - who ensures it's ready in under 5 minutes.

A definite win for early-morning risers like me.

I usually order the breakfast veggie burrito, it's HUGE!

Worth every cent of the $12+tax.

Though if you're a meat lover, they've got you covered.

Did I mention their secret sauce?

It's an absolute treasure and goes great with the burrito and fries.

Just remember to ask for it by the window!

And don't even get me started on the hash browns they stuff into the burrito.

They're so prominent and tasty that it takes over most of the flavor.

It's not just their food but the fun, friendly atmosphere that keeps me (and many others) coming back for more.

Plus, they've even extended their timings for the summer season - Monday-Wednesday and Sunday until 2 pm, with a late close at 10 pm on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday.

Perfect for a quick bite after a long day exploring the parks.

Did I mention that they also offer takeaway if you prefer a quiet meal at home?

BAPP Korean Restaurant

You know that feeling when you stumble upon a hidden gem in your own town?

That's BAPP Korean Restaurant for me.

Located right here in Jackson, it's a delightful surprise to find such an authentic taste of Korea in Wyoming.

With a diverse menu offering everything from classic Korean rice bowls to fried noodles and even a few American options, this place truly caters to all tastes.

My first bite into their beef dolsot bibimbap was a revelation - the perfect harmony of flavors was nothing short of a culinary masterpiece.

It was so good I found myself fantasizing about it for the rest of the day!

But it wasn't just the food that left an impression.

BAPP isn't just about Korean staples, though.

My partner, who is an avid fan of Korean cuisine, was impressed with their udon (noodle soup).

However, they had substituted the traditional noodles due to unavailability, which slightly dampened her experience.

Yet, she generously attributed the not-so-perfect rice to the altitude and gave the place a four-star rating.

But the standout for me?

Their decaf Honey Citron Tea.

For starters, I opted for the trout dip, which turned out to be a little more cream cheese than trout but still managed to tantalize my taste buds.

The main course was where the magic really happened.

I chose the lamb chops - cooked to perfection without much seasoning, letting the natural flavors shine through.

The outer crisp was just the right kind of crunchy, contrasting beautifully with the tender meat.

Liberty Burger

The other day, I decided to venture out and try something different.
