Pikilia Greek Grill & Pizza

Let me tell you about my recent discovery in Hamilton!

It's this amazing restaurant called Pikilia Greek Grill & Pizza, or you might know it as Pi Pita & Pizza.

I came across this place with a friend, and we were absolutely blown away by the delicious pizza they served.

The bread, sauce, cheese, and chicken were just cooked to perfection!

I think I've found my new favorite spot in town.

But it's not just the pizza that's incredible.

I've also fallen in love with their gyros.

I usually go for the beef lamb gyro platter with broccoli, carrots, and roasted potatoes.

It comes with a salad and pita, which makes it more than enough food for a very reasonable price.

The service is always great, too!

The best part about this small Greek restaurant is the warm and welcoming atmosphere.

Every time I walk in, I'm greeted with a big smile and friendly faces.

They even bring in fresh ingredients from Greece every week, which adds to the authenticity and quality of the dishes.

Caesar's Bagels & Deli

I absolutely adore Caesar's Bagels & Deli!

It's my go-to spot for bagel sandwiches in the area.

Every time I visit, I'm amazed by their friendly service and delicious food.

Just the other day, I walked in with my 8-month-old daughter, and they greeted us and kindly offered a bagel to my little girl, who was beyond happy with the treat.

Whenever I visit Caesar's Bagels & Deli, I'm never disappointed.

I love that they use real meat for their sandwiches and offer a wide range of bread and topping options.

It's a fantastic spot for breakfast or lunch, and I'm proud to have it in my neighborhood.

Roti Plus Caribbean Restaurant

I recently dined at Roti Plus Caribbean Restaurant, and I can't stop raving about it!

They made me feel right at home.

The food was beyond amazing – I still can't get the delicious taste of their salmon pie and bake and shark out of my mind.

I even grabbed some dal puri to go, and it was just as scrumptious.

The ingredients they use are extremely fresh, and you can definitely tell that they put a lot of love and care into each dish.

Their roti is out of this world – it's so buttery and perfectly seasoned.

I was so full but couldn't stop eating it!

The prices at Roti Plus are also quite reasonable, especially considering the top-quality ingredients they use and the generous portions they serve.

Que Rico Restaurant

I recently decided to try out a new local spot, Que Rico Restaurant, and it did not disappoint!

The cozy, casual atmosphere was welcoming and perfect for a relaxing Saturday night dinner with friends.

We had a variety of dishes, including Carne Asada Tacos, Al Pastor Tacos, Birria Tacos, Cheese Pupusas, Ceviche with shrimp, and Horchata.

All the dishes were cooked fresh to order, and the service was incredibly friendly.

When I asked if they could leave the cilantro off my tacos, they kindly offered to remake them for me.

This level of customer service definitely made my experience all the more enjoyable.

Le Dish Asian Fusion

I can confidently say that Le Dish Asian Fusion is my go-to spot for satisfying my cravings for diverse Asian cuisine.

With an extensive menu featuring dishes from Chinese, Thai, and Japanese cuisine, it's always a challenge to settle on what to order.

Just the other day, I enjoyed their steamed shrimp dumplings and pineapple fried rice with shrimp – the flavors were incredible, and the portion sizes left me feeling satisfied.

My friend, who joined me for dinner, grabbed the pepper steak, and he couldn't stop raving about it.

One thing I truly appreciate about Le Dish Asian Fusion is their accommodating service and the warm, inviting atmosphere.

I've noticed that they're more than happy to adjust dishes to meet dietary restrictions, such as making them gluten-free.

I also love the convenience of their take-out options; in fact, I find myself ordering from them at least once a week.

Their sushi and poke bowls are some of my favorites, and I can't forget to mention their Thai dishes – oh and don't forget, they offer a 10% discount for cash payments!

Villaggio Iccara

I had been meaning to try out Villaggio Iccara for a while, and one evening, I finally decided to make a reservation for dinner.

As soon as I entered the restaurant, I was impressed by the colorful and warm ambiance, which set the tone for a lovely evening.

The service was impeccable from the moment we arrived.

We started off with their Bruschetta appetizer, which was an absolute delight.

The freshness of the ingredients and the perfect balance of flavors had us craving more.

For the main course, I opted for their Parpadella Ponzo.

I must say, it was one of the best pasta dishes I've ever tasted.

The pasta was cooked to perfection, and the sauce was simply divine.

My dining companion tried their famous chicken Parmesan, which was equally delicious, thanks to the mouthwatering sauce that accompanied the dish.

Another highlight of our dining experience was the freshly baked bread that was served throughout the meal.

It was soft, doughy, and incredibly hard to resist.

We couldn't help but indulge in a few extra servings.

Malaga Restaurant

One of my favorite restaurants in the neighborhood is Malaga, a Spanish gem known for its generous servings of classics, monthly flamenco performances, and mouth-watering sangria.

Just last week, I took my friends visiting from out of town to Malaga, and they were absolutely blown away by the authentic Barcelona vibe and excellent service.

The minute we walked in, we were greeted warmly and promptly seated.

The bread they served was warm and fresh, and their renowned red sangria tasted just like juice, making it dangerously easy to drink.

We ordered a variety of dishes, including the paella, which was packed with flavor and cooked to perfection, unlike some of the unfortunate experiences I've heard from others.

My personal favorite, though, was the fried calamari, which was crispy and full of taste.

Plus, the live flamenco performance was a fun and lively addition to the dining experience, making us feel like we were right in the heart of Spain.

Sun Lok Garden

Sun Lok Garden is my go-to spot for delicious Chinese cuisine.

I've been eating here for about 17 years, and I must say they have never disappointed me.

The intimate surroundings make it a cozy and inviting place to enjoy a meal, and I appreciate how clean the restaurant always is.

Upon being seated, they always serve hot tea and chips with sweet & sour sauce, which makes me feel more welcomed.

I've tried several dishes over the years, but my favorites have to be the shrimp chow mein platter and the Hawaiian seafood dish.

The portions are generous, and the flavors are just mouthwatering.

Corleone's Old Fashion Tomato Pie & Pizza

I've always been a fan of pizza, and when I heard about Corleone's Old Fashion Tomato Pie & Pizza, I knew I had to give it a try.

The pizza did not disappoint!

The sauce was hands down the best part - it was rich, flavorful, and had just the right amount of garlic for my taste.

While the cheese and sausage weren't as prominent, the overall pizza experience was still enjoyable.

One thing that stood out to me during my visit was the butter & brown sugar wings.

Although they were on the smaller side, they were packed with flavor and definitely worth trying.

The cleanliness of the place made me feel comfortable.

The large parking lot was a bonus, and I hope they eventually add more outdoor seating options to make better use of the space.

The Brookwood Cafe

I have been a regular at The Brookwood Cafe for almost a year now, and I simply can't get enough of it!

The food consistently exceeds my expectations, with the corned beef hash being the best I've ever tasted.

One of the unique aspects of this cafe is their support for local artists.

I often find myself admiring the artwork on display while enjoying a delicious meal.

Not only do they serve amazing food, but they also contribute to the community by showcasing new and upcoming artists.

Family Cafe

I recently had the pleasure of dining at the Family Cafe in my neighborhood.

The cafe had a warm and inviting atmosphere that made me feel right at home.

During my visit, I ordered an open tuna melt with home fries on the side, and it was absolutely delicious.

My partner opted for the French toast with fruits, and we were both impressed by the generous portion sizes.

In fact, I had to take my leftovers home to finish later!

Kusina Ni Inang

One day, after running errands in the Hamilton area, I decided to try a new restaurant for lunch, and that's when I stumbled upon Kusina Ni Inang.

I've heard great things about their Kalderetang Kambing, Kare-kare, and Pork Barbecue from a friend, so I was eager to try their dishes for myself.

During my visit, I decided to order the Lechon Kiwali (deep-fried pork), Lumpia Shanghai (Filipino spring rolls), and rice lunch combo in addition to the Ginisang Sayote (sautéed chayote).

The order arrived timely and tasted amazing, though I noticed the food's temperature was a bit tepid, which is not unusual for Filipino cuisine.

The Ginisang Sayote was flavorful, with a mild kick and some minced pork, while the Lechon Kawali and Lumpia Shanghai were cooked well with delicious dipping sauces.

Sakana Asian Cuisine

I recently dined at Sakana Asian Cuisine, and I must say I was thoroughly impressed.

I opted for the all-you-can-eat program, which was a fantastic decision as I got to try various new foods and enjoy every dish I ordered.

The sushi and sashimi were of very high quality, and I was pleasantly surprised by the taste and texture of the rice in each dish.

It was perfectly soft and not too dry, making each roll and sashimi taste incredible.

The Asian main dishes were nothing short of delicious as well.

Throughout the meal, the service was top-notch.

The restaurant was clean and well-maintained, which added to the overall dining experience.

Meatheadz Cheesesteaks (Lawrence Township)

I have to tell you about this amazing place I discovered called Meatheadz Cheesesteaks.

I had heard some great reviews, so I decided to give it a try.

And let me just say I was not disappointed.

The cheesesteaks and sandwiches are absolutely divine, with generous portions that leave me with leftovers for the next day.

The place is quite popular, and I can see why.

What sets Meatheadz apart is the use of real ribeye steak, shaved perfectly thin and piled high to form what they call a "MEAT MOUNTAIN."

They also have a condiment station where you can add delicious extras, like sweet peppers, hot cherry peppers, banana peppers, pickles, or even ketchup, if that's your thing.

Their online ordering system works great, and the food is always ready when you arrive.

My Quate (Mercerville)

I have been a regular customer at My Quate for a while now, and I must say that the food here never disappoints.

Each dish is made fresh when you order, giving it an authentic and unique taste that's hard to find elsewhere.

One of my go-to menu items is the BBQ Grilled Chicken quesadilla – it's an absolute must-try!

I also enjoy the Grilled chicken burrito platter and Jalapeño cheese poppers.

However, I must admit that I found the Grilled chicken tacos to be a bit bland.

Though I've never dined in, I can vouch for their excellent take-out service.

My orders are always ready on time, and the food remains fresh and piping hot.

Aryana Kabab & Grill (Mercerville)

As a fan of Afghan cuisine, I have been visiting Aryana Kabab & Grill for quite some time now.

This informal and cozy eatery has a wide range of dishes, including flavorful kebabs and vegetarian options.

One of my go-to dishes is their Lamb Tikka - tender and full of flavor without the fire-burn taste.

Another favorite of mine is the Lamb Shank, which has a perfect balance of spices and fall-off-the-bone lamb meat.

I must say, their rice is something else - it's soft, fluffy, and doesn't bloat my stomach like other places.

The quality of their ingredients is top-notch, even down to the oil they use for cooking.

Their unique white sauce, which is creamy and has a citrus accent, is a must-try as well.

Aryana Kabab & Grill is also quite conscious about the current situation, and they have spaced out their tables well for social distancing.

I have also used their catering services for an event, and I was amazed by their patience, helpfulness, and the delicious dishes they prepared.

Jojo's Tavern (Trenton)

One of my absolute favorite places to unwind after a long day is Jojo's Tavern.

The atmosphere there is always warm and welcoming, with a casual vibe that makes it easy to relax and enjoy their delicious food.

One of the highlights of Jojo's has to be their pizza.

The crust is the perfect combination of crispy and chewy, and their pepperoni pie is to die for.

I'd easily give it a 7.5 out of 10!

They also have a fantastic house salad, which is always fresh and loaded with flavor, earning a solid 8.0 in my book.

What makes Jojo's really special, though, is their friendly service.

They always make sure we have a great experience, whether I'm just grabbing a quick bite or hosting a party.

One of my favorite dishes at Jojo's is the soft shell crab sandwich.

It's always fresh and not too breaded, and the avocado and bacon add-on is the perfect touch.

I just can't get enough of it

Halal Brothers (Trenton)

I work close to Halal Brothers, and it has become my favorite lunch spot.

I always order the gyro salad and stuffed grape leaves - they're consistently excellent!

The gentleman working at the register is always courteous and pleasant, making the experience even better.

I can't wait for my next lunch break to head over there and enjoy another delicious meal.

Blue Danube Restaurant (Trenton)

One of my favorite spots in town is the Blue Danube Restaurant.

It's a quaint little place that offers Eastern European cuisine like stuffed cabbage and pierogi, all served in a charming old-world atmosphere.

I recently had the pleasure of having lunch there again, and I was reminded just how much I love this place.

I decided to go for the pierogi, and let me tell you, they were absolutely divine.

The presentation was beautiful, and the flavors were exquisite.

It's hard to find authentic Eastern European food in the area, but Blue Danube nails it every time.

I even noticed that they have paprika shakers on the tables, which is a fun and unique touch.

Chick & Nello's Homestead Inn (Trenton)

One of my favorite places to dine in the area is Chick & Nello's Homestead Inn.

This local landmark has been serving up delicious, old-school Italian fare since 1939.

Nestled in no-frills surrounding, the restaurant feels like you're having dinner at someone's home.

The location is easy to find, and there's plenty of parking available.

There's a nice bar in there, too, with a selection of good drinks, but make sure you have reservations before going, as the place can get quite packed.

Prices are reasonable, making it a great spot to catch up with friends or have a memorable evening with your loved ones.

Just like the review mentioned, plan for a leisurely dinner, maybe even making it a 3-hour affair, as you enjoy the scrumptious food and wonderful ambiance at Chick & Nello's Homestead Inn.

Bamboo Grill Jamaican Restaurant (Trenton)

Last week, I was craving some good old Jamaican food and decided to give Bamboo Grill Jamaican Restaurant a try.

I had heard some great reviews about this place and thought it would be worth trying.

Located right here in Trenton, this compact, utilitarian takeout joint has an amazing selection of jerk chicken, patties, and other classic Jamaican dishes.

I decided to order the oxtails and curry goat, as I had heard they were delicious.

Boy, was I delighted when I tried them!

The oxtails were cooked to perfection, and the curry goat was incredibly tender and flavorful.

I also tried their ginger and pineapple juice, which was so refreshing, and their pink lemonade was just as amazing.

The food at Bamboo Grill is definitely spicy, but that's what I love about Jamaican cuisine.

The flavors and spices they use make every dish stand out, and I must say the oxtail was an absolute must-try.

The service was friendly, and the prices were quite reasonable for the quality of the food.
