One of the best parts of Lakeside Grill Estrella is definitely the patio.

Rudy's "Country Store" and Bar-B-Q
I finally made a trip to Rudy's "Country Store" and Bar-B-Q this past weekend, and I have to say, it was quite the experience.
As soon as I walked in, I noticed the no-frills setting with indoor picnic tables, giving the place a homey and welcoming vibe.
I went with the moist brisket sandwich and the loaded baked potato with brisket, and I was not disappointed.
The tender, juicy, and smokey turkey was also a hit, so I had to get that as well.
Their meats are sold by the pound, which is great because you can buy exactly what you want in the quantity you want.
The creamed corn tasted fresh from the cob and thickly creamy, though I didn't try any of their cold sides or desserts.
Ah-Hai Sushi & Grill
I absolutely love going to Ah-Hai Sushi & Grill whenever I'm craving some delicious sushi or Japanese cuisine.
The happy hour is fantastic – I can get gyoza and three different sushi rolls for under $30!
The atmosphere is nice and clean, making it an enjoyable dining experience.
In addition to their sushi, they also offer other Japanese dishes such as katsu, teriyaki, and hibachi.

One of the best things about Ah-Hai Sushi & Grill is their extensive happy hour menu, which makes it an affordable and delicious option for a night out or a quick bite before heading to the airport.
Saddle Mountain Brewing Company
One evening, my friends and I decided to visit Saddle Mountain Brewing Company after hearing fantastic reviews from our neighbors.
This gem of a restaurant is only a mile away from our home, and we've noticed how crowded and lively the place always seems.
Our experience there definitely lived up to the hype!
As soon as we entered, we were taken aback by the tasteful design and warm atmosphere of the restaurant.
We were excited to try their menu, and it certainly did not disappoint.
I ordered the Bison burger with onion rings and sampled their 5G beer.
The food was exceptional, and the beer was a delightful surprise.
Some of my friends tried the strawberry beer, which was a unique and tasty choice.
While one of them mentioned that the Rachel sandwich was a bit dry, the pastrami itself was delicious, and the onion rings were simply perfect.
Another friend enjoyed a massive, scrumptious wedge salad and couldn't stop raving about it.

One of my favorite places to start the day is Colados Coffee & Crepes in Goodyear.
Their menu offers a great variety of delicious crepes, and the quality of coffee is top-notch.
I usually order the Macadamia Nut Latte or the Soy Latte to go along with the savory BLT Crepe.
Sometimes, I also indulge in their sweet crepes like the Mango Crepe.
What I love about their crepes is that they are made in the traditional way, not too thick, and with just the right amount of elasticity.
The fillings are always fresh and mouthwatering.
On hot summer days, I enjoy their strawberry and mango smoothies – so refreshing and perfect to beat the heat!

They do a great job of informing you ahead of time if there's going to be a long wait for your order.
As a fan of local dive bars, I was excited to check out Roman's Oasis in my neighborhood.
Let me tell you, it did not disappoint.
The atmosphere was lively and welcoming, with live country music and dancing.
I was pleasantly surprised by the poker nights and delicious bar bites they offer.
I was also impressed by the kitchen, as they seemed to take great pride in delivering high-quality food.

I finally had the chance to visit Eric's Family Barbecue after hearing so much about it from my sister and her fiancé.
When I went there, it completely lived up to my expectations!
The place has ample seating, making it a perfect spot for family gatherings and date nights alike.
They even have outdoor seating for those beautiful sunny days.
I ended up ordering the jalapeño sausage, mac and cheese, corn, and a brisket sandwich.
Every single item was delicious and full of flavor.
I can't wait to visit again and try some of their other BBQ classics, like the Shotcaller Sandwich and spare ribs.
Tacos el Yiyo (Avondale)
Whenever I crave some delicious tacos, my go-to place is Tacos el Yiyo, located on W Buckeye Rd.
The food here is simply amazing.
My personal favorites are the asada tacos and the pollo tacos, both of which are incredibly juicy and packed with flavor.
The taco station allows me to customize my tacos with a variety of toppings, making each visit a unique and mouthwatering experience.
One thing that sets Tacos el Yiyo apart from other taco joints is the charcoal flavor in their dishes, especially the Al Pastor and Quesabirrias.
The quality of their Horchatta is also top-notch, never watered-down like in many other places.
Hot Dogs La Yaquesita (Avondale)
As someone who loves hot dogs, I had to give Hot Dogs La Yaquesita a try.
And let me tell you, I was not disappointed!
Their hot dogs are absolutely amazing.

Zeta's Grill (Avondale)
As someone who loves exploring the local food scene, I finally decided to have a meal at Zeta's Grill.
This restaurant serves Lebanese food and other Mediterranean dishes in a casual setting, complete with a patio for outdoor dining.
I had heard great things about the place and was eager to try it out for myself.
The menu was quite extensive, and I decided to start with some hummus and pita bread.
I was blown away by the quality of the bread - it was steaming hot, light, and airy, making it a perfect complement to the creamy hummus.
Next, I tried the stuffed vine leaves, which were also delicious.
To my surprise, I found myself enjoying the pickled turnip sticks that accompanied the dish, despite not being a fan of turnips in general.
For my main course, I ordered lamb chops and potatoes.
The dish was flavorful and enjoyable.
One thing that really stood out to me was the jallab, a date juice drink I had never tried before.
It was subtly sweet and reminiscent of an icee, making it a refreshing addition to the meal.

I've always been a fan of Cajun cuisine, and I was thrilled when I discovered Flavors of Louisiana in my town.
My first visit there was quite remarkable.
I went in expecting some great food, and I wasn't disappointed.
The fried green tomatoes were delicious, and although the gumbo, jambalaya, and shrimp creole were not as spicy as I hoped, they were still quite tasty.
The sweet tea was also a delightful treat.
The atmosphere of Flavors of Louisiana is quite homey and charming.
It has a Louisiana vibe that I like, making me feel like I'm transported to the heart of Cajun country.
I had a chance to try their catfish strips and the Crab Landry on my subsequent visits, and they were both fantastic.
My family and I shared a plate of fried green tomatoes, which were just as delicious as the first time.
I am looking forward to trying their peach cobbler on my next visit, as I've heard it's amazing.
