My love for brunch led me to a charming eatery in Chino Hills known as Take Ur Seat.
I must confess, I've become a regular visitor, always eagerly anticipating their classic and Pan-Asian-inspired dishes.
The pancakes at Take Ur Seat are beyond amazing.
I've realized that it's impossible to make a wrong choice from their menu.
Their cloud pancakes have a way of melting in your mouth, leaving you longing for more.
Yes, there might be a bit of a wait – but trust me, it's well worthwhile.
I once brought my partner along, who was so impressed with the pancake.
The place gets quite busy, especially on Saturday mornings.
Half an hour past open, and every seat is taken – so it's best to get here early.
There's plenty of parking, so that's one less thing to worry about.
Their specialty, the Japanese soufflé pancakes, are made to order and can take up to 30 minutes to make.
So I'd recommend getting that in first.
I still remember their lemon ricotta with the blueberry flavor of the month - it was light and fluffy, maintaining the perfect balance between fruity and creamy.
They also serve other dishes like the tip-me-over plate.
