Let me tell you about my recent visit to Rock City Pie and Ice, which left me absolutely speechless!
I've been living in this neighborhood for the past six years, and I have always been on the hunt for the perfect Detroit-style pizza.
This place was not just as good as my favorite pizza place from Michigan – it was even better!
I've ordered from Rock City Pie and Ice twice now, and both experiences were remarkable.
The fresh ingredients, perfectly golden and thick chewy crust, expertly melted cheese, and the slight char on the top and edges brought that sought-after Detroit-style flavor and texture right to my taste buds.
I've tried Blue Pan a few times, but it simply cannot compare to Rock City Pie and Ice.
Hands down, it's the best Detroit-style pizza I've ever had!
If that wasn't enough, the garlicky whipped ricotta dip that comes with the pizza and the delicious Black Cherry Italian water ice had me coming back for more.
The Burns Pub & Restaurant
One of my favorite spots to visit after a morning hike or when friends and family are in town is The Burns Pub & Restaurant.
This charming, family-owned British pub is a delight to support, and they consistently serve fantastic food.
On my last visit, I ordered the Scotch Egg and Fish & Chips, which were cooked to perfection and absolutely delicious.
Honestly, you can't go wrong with anything on their menu.

One evening, I decided to try out Vinca, a European restaurant I'd heard a lot about from my friends.
They serve classic Italian dishes and global cuisine, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations.
From the moment I walked in, the welcoming atmosphere made me feel right at home.
I started with their mussels and burrata as appetizers, and both were incredibly flavorful.
The mussels were cooked to perfection, and the burrata tasted divine.
For my main course, I opted for the Scallops with mushroom risotto - a hearty and satisfying dish.
They import the risotto from Germany and prepare it in-house, which truly sets it apart.
Although the dish came with just two scallops, the quality, and presentation made up for it.
To round out the evening, I decided to indulge in Grandma's Apple Strudel for dessert.

Not only are their sandwiches delightful, but their Vietnamese coffee and triple chocolate cookie also hit the spot.
I was really impressed that a chain restaurant could deliver such high-quality flavors.
During my first visit, I also tried their pork pattie sandwich and tiger milk tea, both of which I would highly recommend.
The tea, in particular, was incredibly tasty and left me craving more.

Infinitus Pizza PIE

I opted for the Train Wreck with the regular/thick crust, and it did not disappoint!
The flavors melded together wonderfully, and the crust was cooked to perfection.
I also tried the Greek salad and the wings, which were equally delicious.
What I truly appreciated about Infinitus Pizza PIE was the warm and welcoming atmosphere.
The cozy setting, complete with festive Christmas decorations, made it a great spot for families and friends to gather.

Plus, their prices are very wallet-friendly, making it a great spot for a tasty and affordable meal.
Blue Sky Bistro
One of my favorite spots to grab a bite to eat and enjoy the view is Blue Sky Bistro.

I can't recommend Phở Duy enough!
This Vietnamese restaurant is a hidden gem in Broomfield, and their website gives you a glimpse of their amazing menu.
The atmosphere is always lively and bustling with regulars, making it a great spot to enjoy an authentic, traditional Vietnamese meal.
My go-to dish is the #10 pho soup, and it never disappoints.
The broth is rich and flavorful, and the noodles are always cooked to perfection.
If you're looking for something different, their Bún bò Huế is also fantastic, with a great mix of meats and just the right amount of spice.
Their coconut shrimp is another must-try, so flavorful and a great appetizer to share with friends.
Just remember to head up to the front counter to pay when you're done eating, as it's not a typical table service setup.
One more thing I love about this place is their coconut juice.
It's refreshing and the perfect complement to any meal.

North Side Tavern has become one of my favorite spots for a night out with friends or a cozy date night.

Durbar Nepalese And Indian Bistro
The other day, I decided to give Durbar Nepalese And Indian Bistro a try, and it was an absolutely delicious experience.
The lamb biryani was just perfect, but be mindful of the spice level!
I ordered a 2/5 level spicy, and it was quite intense for me.
If you're not a huge spice fan, I would recommend going with a milder option.
I tried their Baingan Bharta and Chicken Tikka Masala, both of which were flavorful and satisfying.
The rice was well-cooked and soft, complementing the dishes nicely, and the naan was just right.
Their samosas were also quite tasty, with the right amount of flavor packed inside.
One thing to note is that they take their spice levels seriously here.
If you order a 5, be prepared to handle it!
Hickory & Ash
Last weekend, my friends and I decided to try out Hickory & Ash for dinner.
We were amazed by the cozy and classy ambiance, perfect for catching up or a romantic date night.
The food was absolutely delicious – we loved everything we tried!
I had the braised short ribs, and my friend ordered the hickory salmon.
Both dishes were seasoned well and cooked to perfection.

Just last week, I stopped by around 6:30 pm and decided to try the Tropical Bliss Smoothie, Yoga Wellness Bowl, and Berry Fresh Bowl.
I was impressed by how everything was made right in front of me, and the selection of toppings they offer is simply amazing.
I enjoyed every bite, and I must admit that the power bowl with almonds has become my new favorite.
I believe that the quality and the taste are worth the price.
Plus, the smoothies and bowls are healthy, with most options having under 330 calories, making it the perfect guilt-free snack or lunch.
Jus' Burritos
As someone who's always on the lookout for a good burrito joint, I've found myself frequenting Jus' Burritos quite often.
It's a casual spot that offers a tight menu of build-your-own stuffed tortillas for breakfast and lunch.
I personally love their sausage-smothered green chili burritos, which are large enough to keep me full but not so big that I feel lethargic afterward.
The price is reasonable, too, at about $10 per burrito.
I just wish they were open longer for late lunches because I'd be a regular.
Jennie Pho
I have been living in this neighborhood for years, and Jennie Pho has quickly become one of my all-time favorite Asian restaurants.

We ordered a variety of dishes, but the sweet and sour wings were unforgettable – tangy, succulent, and finger-licking good.
The pork chop plate was another winner, tender and juicy, with a taste that felt homemade.
But the star of the show was undoubtedly their pho, with its rich, aromatic broth that left me craving for more.
Their delivery service is equally impressive, always fast and accurate.
Buenos Tiempos
Buenos Tiempos is a Mexican restaurant that I visit quite frequently.
Their homemade dishes never disappoint, and I absolutely love their green chili Mac with perfectly cooked chicken and shrimp.
The red chili is amazing too, and they have daily food and drink specials that are reasonably priced.
One of my favorite things about this place is the exceptional service.
If you're interested, they also have a spacious sports bar area with pool tables and other games, although I haven't spent much time there since I'm more focused on the delicious food.

Pupuseria Lily (Westminster)
One of my favorite spots to grab a delicious Salvadoran meal in town is Pupuseria Lily LLC.
What I love about this place is their dedication to the quality of food and service.
It truly shows in every dish they serve.
Their pupusas are the best I've had in a long time, and they make them fresh to order.
The combination of flavors with the cabbage and salsa they serve on the side is simply perfect.
I usually order two pupusas and find myself quite satisfied, but they are so good that I'm often tempted to get one more.
It's hard to resist!
In addition to their amazing pupusas, Pupuseria Lily also serves a delicious Horchata Salvadoreña.
It's so refreshing and pairs perfectly with their food.
I've visited this place several times, and even though there might be a bit of a wait sometimes, it's always worth it.
Every time I finish my meal, I'm already looking forward to my next visit.
GQue BBQ (Westminster)
Being a barbecue fan, I couldn't resist trying GQue BBQ in Westminster when I heard about their free pork sandwich promotion.
I was excited to see how their championship barbecue would compare to other BBQ joints I've visited.
As soon as I walked into the industrial-style space, I was immediately amazed by the interior.
I ordered the free pork sandwich, and I was pleasantly surprised by the smoky flavor of the pork and the unique twist to the coleslaw featuring Granny Smith apples.
But what truly made my visit memorable were the wings.
I opted for the dry rub, and let me tell you, those wings were out of this world!
They were so tender, with the meat falling right off the bone, and the smoke rings were a sight to behold.
Along with my wings, I enjoyed some mashed potatoes and mac and cheese, both of which were perfect side dishes for the meal.
I also appreciated the unexpected bonus of pickles, onions, and Texas toast with my order.
Ted's Montana Grill (Westminster)
I have been visiting Ted's Montana Grill for quite a while now, and as a frequent visitor, I can easily say that the food and the ambiance are excellent.
The bison burgers and steaks are the highlights, always cooked to perfection and full of flavor.
I remember once trying their bison nachos and being blown away by the taste.
The Old West-style decor adds a unique charm to the restaurant, making it an enjoyable dining experience.
The service is usually prompt and attentive.
The chocolate malt is a must-try dessert that I never miss out on whenever I'm there.
Though the restaurant does not have a dress code, the atmosphere feels a bit fancy, making it a perfect spot for a special occasion or a dinner date.
Be prepared to spend around $100 to $200 for a meal for two, but the quality of the food and the overall experience make it worth the price.
Hana Matsuri Sushi (Westminster)
I have always been a sushi enthusiast, so when I heard about Hana Matsuri Sushi, I knew I had to give it a try.
Located in a strip mall, the parking was not the best, but that did not matter once I stepped foot inside the restaurant.
I decided to order a variety of sushi rolls, including the Seared Tuna Roll, Big Daddy Roll, Sweet Potato Roll, Mango Tango Roll, and Hamachi Orange Roll.
Each dish was absolutely fantastic, and the freshness of the ingredients was evident in every bite.
My personal favorite was the Seared Tuna Roll, which was bursting with flavor and had this amazing buttery tataki sauce.
It was definitely one of the best sushi rolls I have ever had.
I also decided to order some tea, which was served piping hot - just the way I like it.
The tea was the perfect complement to my sushi rolls, and it helped to keep me warm on this chilly day.
Cracovia Polish-American Restaurant & Bar (Westminster)
My dining experience at Cracovia Polish-American Restaurant & Bar has left me ecstatic.
Their menu is a delightful mix of traditional Polish-American dishes, and I knew I had to give it a try.
The moodily lit setting was perfect for a cozy dining experience, and I was excited to see that they even had weekend live music!
To start off, I ordered some of their infused vodkas.
I was intrigued by the Jasmine flavor, which was an excellent choice.
It was smooth and aromatic, and I can tell it was made with love.
For appetizers, I couldn't pass up trying the pickled herring and horseradish beets - both were delicious and a great introduction to Eastern European cuisine.
For my main course, I decided on the roast duck, and let me tell you, it was cooked to perfection.
The meat was so tender that I could eat the bones, which is something I never thought possible!
To accompany my meal, I also had a glass of honey beer – an absolute delight to discover.
