MT Noodles is hands down one of my favorite places to go when I'm craving some delicious Vietnamese cuisine.
Their website offers a peek into their menu, but you need to be there to experience the warm and unassuming ambiance of this family-run restaurant.
Their portion sizes are incredibly generous, and I've hosted large gatherings of friends and family here without any issues.
I cannot recommend their Canh Chua, Ca Kho tho, beef potato, Banh Khot, and Fried chicken legs enough.
They're all absolutely amazing!

The other day, I decided to try something new and ventured to African Deli for lunch.
I opted for their Egusi Soup with Beef (SPICY) and Fufu, and let me tell you, it was absolutely delicious!
I really appreciated the option to choose my preferred meat, as opposed to being stuck with assorted meat like at some other places.
I also noticed some fellow diners trying fufu and a soup that I didn't catch the name of.
It seemed that opinions on the fufu varied, with some not enjoying the flavor as much, but most of them agreed that the soup itself was quite tasty.
The service was certainly top-notch, as the man at the counter patiently guided customers through the menu to help them find the perfect dish.
I can't wait to go back and try more of their entrees.
Xin Xin (Brooklyn Center)
I think I've tried just about every place around.
With that being said, I have to admit that I have a soft spot for Xin Xin.
The taste of the food has always remained consistent and delicious, even through management changes.
The best part?
You'll never have to spend more than $12 to get a filling and flavorful meal.
The portions are generous, and the service is always friendly.
Some of my favorite dishes to order include their egg rolls and wantons - always crispy and perfectly cooked.
Jay's Fish & Chicken (Minneapolis)
I came across the website of Jay's Fish & Chicken and decided to give them a try.
To my surprise, they served more than just fish and chicken!
Their menu had a nice selection of wings, and when I ordered a box, it even came with a side of fries, which was a delightful surprise.
